These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zwik website, mobile application, and related services (“Service”) operated by ADE Labs Private Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary brand Zwik (“Zwik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. ABOUT ZWIK

Zwik is a managed home services platform offering household services such as home cleaning and kitchen preparation assistance (non-cooking). All services are delivered by trained employees of Zwik, using Zwik-provided equipment and materials, unless otherwise specified.

Zwik assigns service professionals, manages service delivery, and performs quality assurance. Zwik is not a marketplace.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. By using Zwik, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. SERVICES

Zwik currently provides:

  • Home cleaning services

  • Kitchen preparation assistance (excluding cooking)

Services may be task-based or hourly-based and are subject to availability based on location, time, and operational capacity. Zwik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

5. WORKERS & EMPLOYMENT STATUS

All service professionals assigned to a booking are employees of Zwik.
They are police-verified, trained, and supervised by Zwik.

Under no circumstances shall a customer be deemed the employer of any Zwik worker.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate service requirements

  • Ensure a safe, lawful, and hygienic working environment

  • Provide necessary access to water, electricity, and space

  • Treat service professionals with respect

Zwik reserves the right to terminate a service or suspend an account in cases of abuse, harassment, unsafe conditions, or misuse of the platform.

7. EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS

Zwik generally provides cleaning equipment and chemicals.
For certain services (such as ironing or laundry), customer-owned appliances may be used.

Zwik shall not be responsible for issues arising from faulty, poorly maintained, or unsafe customer-provided equipment.

8. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

Payments

  • Payments are processed online only through authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay).

  • Payment is currently required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is allowed within 2 minutes of booking.

  • No cancellation is permitted after this window.

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

Zwik reserves the right to update its payment and cancellation policies with prior notice.

9. SERVICE FAILURE & RESOLUTION

  • Late arrival or no-show:
    → Full refund and free re-booking

  • Poor service quality:
    → Free re-service at no additional cost

All resolutions are subject to Zwik’s internal review and discretion.

10. LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY

Zwik accepts responsibility for services provided, subject to the limitations below.

Liability Cap

Zwik’s maximum liability per booking shall be limited to ₹10,000 or the total amount paid for the service, whichever is lower.

Exclusions

Zwik shall not be liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by faulty or old appliances

  • Incorrect service instructions

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Damage Claims

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

  • Must be supported with reasonable evidence

  • Zwik reserves the right to inspect before resolution

  • Resolution may be through repair, replacement, or compensation

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Zwik shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, government actions, strikes, internet outages, or payment gateway failures.

12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Zwik reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, without prior notice, in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or operational necessity.

13. DATA & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using Zwik, you consent to:

  • Collection and use of location data for service delivery

  • Receiving service-related communications via calls, SMS, or notifications

Personal data is handled in accordance with Zwik’s Privacy Policy.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, branding, and materials on the Zwik platform are owned by or licensed to ADE Labs Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

Zwik may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
